2026上海区块链国际·第十二届区块链全球峰会将于9月23日重磅回归。本届峰会将再度汇聚全球顶尖的区块链创始人、技术领袖、投资人与政策制定者，共同聚焦行业最前沿的技术突破与商业实践，深入探讨AI与区块链的融合、Web3大规模应用及监管科技等核心议题，勾勒未来一年的技术发展蓝图与生态合作机遇。
自2015年以来，区块链全球峰会作为行业的风向标和盛会见证了区块链技术的快速发展和变革。在过去的十届峰会中，来自全球各地的知名项目代表、行业精英领袖们在这里分享真知灼见、交流实践体验，每一次峰会都为与会者们带来了前沿的技术动态和深刻的行业洞察。可以说历届峰会不仅是全球区块链爱好者和从业者交流思想、碰撞智慧的平台，更是每年行业发展的“风向标”。

The Global Blockchain Summit is one of Asia’s longest-running and most influential blockchain events annually hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs since 2015. Over the past nine years, it unites notable professionals, experts, project founders, investors, and visionaries worldwide across industries, providing an unprecedented opportunity to dive deeper into the blockchain world and establish a shared vision of the digital future.
学生票免费申领要求/About Student Pass
1. 学生免费入场。年满18周岁（含）及以上的全日制在校学生可在活动当天（9月23日）凭登有个人照片的有效学生证及本人身份证/护照，现场免费申领。限量100张，先到先得。
2. 请出示登有个人照片的有效学生证，人证一致方可申领学生票。一张学生证仅可申领一张学生票。
3. 请注意，学生票不允许代领及转让。入场时工作人员将再次查验学生证，核验通过后方可入场。
4. 如现场工作人员发现学生证信息与持票人不一致，有权禁止该用户入场。
1. The free student passes are available to full time school students aged 18 and above. The passes are provided in the venue on Sept.23, and admission is limited to the buyer only. There will be only 100 free student passes and will be provided at the first-come-first served basis.
2. Please show the staff your valid student ID with your photo on it. The pass will be issued after the student ID card is verified. Each student ID is limited to claim one free student pass.
3. Please note that student tickets are not allowed to be purchased on behalf of others or transferred to others. And the staff will double check the student ID card when you enter the venue.
4. You will be denied admission if your student ID is invalid or does not match with you.

2、活动结束（9月23日）后，可登录活动行app或网页端，点击“我的-参加活动-2026上海区块链国际周·第十二届区块链全球峰会”，点开电子票，找到电子票上的发票申请按钮，提交开票需求；或通过活动app或网页端联系活动行客服，申请购票发票。
Invoices will be available on the ticketing platform Huodongxing within 7 working days after the event.
Since 24 Sept., you can login to the Huodongxing app or website, click "My Account-My Event- 2026 Shanghai International Blockchain Week · The 12th Global Blockchain Summit" to find the inovice application button on your e-ticket. You can also contact the Huodongxing Support Team on the app or website to get your invoices.
退票提示/Ticket Refund Policy
1、本活动由活动行代为退票。活动行规定，每张票收取票价10%的退款手续费。此笔费用非主办方收取，且主办方无法减免该费用。
2、如需退票退款，请9月22日24点前发起申请，逾期不接受退票退款。
3、电子票一经核销，概不退换。
4、购票者理解并同意，因活动筹备、运营、安全、监管要求或其他实际情况需要，活动内容、议程安排、出席嘉宾、合作方、展览内容、时间、场地及活动形式等均可能发生合理调整。主办方将尽商业上合理努力维持活动整体质量及参会体验，但门票所对应的是参与活动整体安排的权益，而非任何特定嘉宾、合作方、演讲内容或单项活动的单独保证。除法律另有强制规定外，前述合理调整一般不构成退款、补偿或其他赔偿的依据。
Refunds are processed exclusively through the ticketing platform Huodongxing. Per their policy, a 10% service fee will be deducted from each ticket refund. Please note that this fee is charged by the platform and cannot be waived or reduced by the Organizer.
Refund requests must be submitted by 24:00 on 22 Sept. No refunds will be processed for requests submitted after this deadline.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they have been scanned.
The Purchaser understands and agrees that, due to event preparation, operational requirements, security regulations, or other practical necessities, reasonable adjustments may be made to the event content, agenda, guest speakers, partners, exhibitions, schedule, venue, or format. While the Organizer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain overall event quality and the attendee experience, the ticket grants access to the overall event program and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific speaker, partner, content, or individual session. Except where otherwise mandated by law, such reasonable adjustments shall not serve as grounds for refunds, compensation, or other damages.
往届峰会/Previous Editions
2015年10月15日，以“区块链新经济·蓝图”为主题的首届峰会，被行业公认为区块链在中国发展的标志性事件。本届峰会从理论出发探讨区块链的概念和技术，思考技术的安全性以及探讨“区块链能做什么”，从而设想区块链的宏伟蓝图。这也为后续的峰会奠定了基调，即“区块链新经济”全球峰会是以高质量内容为基础，专注于区块链技术探索以及落地应用的“技术型”会议。
2016年，万向区块链实验室在全球峰会的基础上，将活动扩展成为上海区块链国际周，为大家提供更丰富地了解全球区块链技术和应用进展的通道。本届国际周由以太坊第二届开发者大会与第二届区块链全球峰会共同组成，以“区块链新经济·地平线”为主题，号召行业全力出发，不断前行。
2017年，第三届区块链全球峰会，在行业徘徊之际，旨在用最坚定的态度和信念，携手推动“破晓”曙光的来临。
2018年，区块链行业获得了飞速发展，也遇到了泡沫与乱象，万向区块链实验室举办了上海区块链国际周，包括黑客马拉松、Demo Day和第四届区块链全球峰会，峰会将讨论重点放在了“技术探索”，回归底层，不忘初心。
2019年，是区块链行业新十年的起点，值此历史的关键节点，这次国际周以“新十年新起点”为主题，旨在汇聚全球力量，共启未来十年。为期6天的2019年上海区块链国际周吸引了全球近2000名与会者，非主办方发起的周边各类区块链活动超过三十场。
2020年，区块链行业重点正从技术研究转向应用落地，因而本届国际周以“融合创新”为主题，探索区块链技术与物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术的融合创新，为不同的应用场景打造完整解决方案。
2021年，随着区块链、云计算、物联网、5G等技术日益融入经济社会发展的各领域全过程，数字经济也随之快速发展，并成为重组全球要素资源、重塑全球经济结构的关键力量。“数字化转型”是通往数字经济世界的必经过程，在这一过程中，区块链如何发挥自身价值，使“数据”真正成为驱动商业和经济发展的新动力，是本次峰会探讨的核心议题。
2022年，第八届区块链全球峰会聚焦区块链及相关行业热门议题，按照太阳系分布，设置开幕式+八大星球主题会场，邀请了行业大咖、技术领袖、专家学者分享、对话，共同探讨区块链未来的发展动向。
2023年，全球区块链及Web3行业深入发展，技术、应用创新层出不穷。第九届区块链全球峰会以“下一站Web3.0”为主题，聚焦区块链及Web3.0行业前沿话题、技术突破，邀请到来自国内外的行业专家、知名项目负责人为参会者封上了一场知识盛宴。
2024年，第十届区块链全球峰会延续了上海峰会聚焦技术发展，推动实体落地的传统，“技往开来”，共赴下一个十年。
2025年，第十一届区块链全球峰会以“Web3无界”为主题，深刻呼应当前行业发展的核心趋势——去中心化技术正在消融传统世界的边界，构建一个更加开放、互联、自由的数字新世界。

The Second Ethereum Devcon, Demo Day and the Second Global Blockchain Summit co-hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and the Ethereum Foundation attracted almost 100 speakers and over 1000 attendees around the world, pushing the development level and international status of China’s blockchain industry to a new height.
