Understanding Your Inner World: A Simple Introduction to IFS
Do you feel “fine” on the surface - your job is okay, your relationships are okay - but underneath it, you find yourself counting down to the weekend or wishing you were somewhere else? Maybe part of you senses there could be more to life than this.
In this session, you’ll be introduced to the practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS): a framework for understanding the different parts of yourself and reconnecting with the calm, grounded Self beneath them.
The session will be facilitated by Ky Curtin, an experienced meditation teacher and learning development specialist. Ky has taught meditation for several years, including at companies such as EY, KPMG, and Headspace.
This is a space for introspection, connection, and deeper understanding of yourself. Over 90 minutes, you’ll get a glimpse of what it feels like to relate to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and presence, and how that can change the way you experience life.
Please join us on June 17th from 6:30–8:00 PM.
Cost is $10 (+ your valuable feedback) payable at the door or in advance via Venmo: @Ky-Curtin.
