​Greece is at a pivotal moment in deep-tech, with growing activity from investors like Uni.Fund and Metavallon VC,  alongside a broader base of Greek and European investors. With a growing pipeline of research emerging from universities and innovation hubs, Greece is beginning to produce globally relevant deep-tech ventures; however, critical gaps remain in translating research into venture-backable startups, accessing specialized capital and talent, and scaling beyond local markets
