GBA: Bright Futures for Families
As part of our ongoing GBA programming, we periodically highlight organizations that you might be interested in partnering with through donations or other forms of support. At each of these events, we’ll have 3-4 organizations share about their missions and the current work they’re doing to highlight where they can use the most support. Our goal with these events is to provide visibility to GBA community members about organizations focused on specific causes that might be on your heart for making an impact.
On 9/22, we will be highlighting local organizations that are focused on supporting vulnerable kids in the Bay Area. Here are the organizations that will be presenting:
Mobilize Love: A San Francisco-based non-profit that brings mobile after-school programs, essential services, and the Gospel message directly into under-resourced communities, helping kids and families meet practical needs, build life skills, and thrive.
Hope Horizon: An East Palo Alto non-profit that equips local youth through academic support, STEM and robotics, life-skills development, leadership opportunities, and spiritual formation so they can grow with hope and purpose.
Young Life Capernaum: A San Jose-area ministry that creates inclusive communities where teens and young adults with and without disabilities can build authentic friendships, discover purpose, grow in confidence, and explore faith together.
Dinner will be provided. Please RSVP by Sunday, 9/20 so that our team can plan dinner for everyone.
