A 5-course modern Indian dinner rooted in street culture, regional flavours, and home-style cooking, reworked into something familiar yet unexpected. Slow-cooked, full of flavour, and nothing like the Indian food you’re used to seeing.
An informal, vibrant evening. A contemporary take on a cuisine that deserves more than what we usually get here.
