​​Hank Wethington is a leadership and executive coach with a background that bridges business, technology, and talent development. With more than a decade of experience in coaching, facilitation, and building global learning programs, Hankhelps leaders—from new managers to senior execs—unlock their leadership voice and deliver real business results.

Before coaching, Hank spent nearly 20 years in tech, including leading a consultancy. He later co-built the L&D function inside a global agency, working closely with the CFO and CHRO to drive measurable outcomes. Today, he partners with HR and People teams to design leadership programs that elevate individual effectiveness and organizational impact.

He brings a mix of real-world experience, practical insight, and a bit of theater training, helping leaders not just grow, but show up fully and lead with clarity and confidence.
