Join us for Know Yourself. Lead Yourself. Show Up Better: Is the leader you think you are the leader other people experience?

Guest Facilitator - David Baer

We spend a lot of time thinking about how we lead. But do we slow down enough to examine who we are when we’re leading? How do we respond under pressure? What triggers us? And how do others experience us?

In this webinar, we’ll explore how greater self-awareness can help ensure our impact matches our intent.

Based on Susan David’s - The Gift and Power of Emotional Courage, David Baer will lead us through a reflective discussion that challenges us to reevaluate how others experience our leadership styles.

Come ready to reflect and engage.
