 Cancel 7 or more calendar days before the event and we refund the amount you paid, including GST. Fewer than 7 days, or if you do not attend, there is no change-of-mind refund, but you may still send someone in your place. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and can take up to 10 business days after we approve the request.

 You may send someone else in your place at no extra charge up to 24 hours before the event starts. Email us with your order reference and their name, email, organisation and any dietary or accessibility needs. Closer than 24 hours is at our discretion, because of venue and catering cut-offs.

 If we cancel, or make a major change such as a new date, a different city, or moving in-person to online, you can choose a full refund of the amount you paid, including GST and ticketing fees, or a place at a rescheduled event. A change of room in the same venue, a change of facilitator, or a small timing change that does not stop you attending is not a major change.

 Tell us as soon as you can and we will consider a refund or a credit toward a later event, case by case. A substitution is usually the fastest option.
