Want to learn how to ferment the food from your garden? Join this interactive workshop at the Egleston Community Orchard to learn the basics of fermentation!
We'll review the science behind fermentation before surveying what's growing in the garden and how to use it in fermentation recipes. Then, we'll get our hands dirty and make a recipe together! Bring your questions about fermentation and get ready to learn together as we cook together.
