​Instruct.KR은 대한민국의 AI 연구자, 엔지니어, 프로덕트 팀을 위한 AI 리서쳐 및 실무자 중심의 커뮤니티입니다. 저희는 LLM을 훈련하고 배포하며 현장에서 얻은 귀중한 경험을 나누고, 오픈소스를 공개하며, 기술 세션을 온라인으로 공유합니다. 또한, 오프라인에서 만나 실제 작동하는 기술을 직접 시연하고 논의합니다.

​Instruct.KR 12월 밋업은 한국의 AI 개발자, 연구자, 그리고 프로덕트 팀이 한자리에 모이는 날입니다. 핵심을 짚는 발표, 실제 작동하는 데모, 그리고 커뮤니티 해커톤이 어우러진 원데이 프로그램입니다. 지난겨울의 반응이 좋았던 속도감 있는 형식(짧은 발표와 넉넉한 네트워킹 시간)을 바탕으로, 효과적이었던 요소들을 더욱 강화했습니다.

​이번 12월의 테마는 “Agents” 입니다. 저희는 이번 밋업을 통해 단순히 텍스트를 생성하는 것을 넘어, 스스로 계획하고, 도구를 사용하며, 복잡한 목표를 달성하는 'AI 에이전트'의 핵심에 깊이 파고들고자 합니다.

​리서치 파트에서는 에이전트를 더 똑똑하게 만드는 기반 모델 연구와 새로운 아키텍처를 조명하고, 애플리케이션 파트에서는 이러한 기술이 실제 비즈니스 문제 해결을 위한 '에이전틱 워크플로우'로 구현된 구체적인 프로덕트 사례를 다룹니다. 메인 무대에서는 20-30분간의 발표와 대담이, 3층 엑스포에서는 데모와 포스터 세션이, 그리고 지하에서는 저녁까지 아이디어를 구현하는 해커톤이 진행됩니다.

​Instruct.KR is a practitioner-first community for South Korea’s AI researchers, engineers, and product teams. We share hard-won lessons from training and deploying LLMs, publish open-source, and stream technical sessions online. We also meet offline to demo and discuss what actually works.

​Our community includes 2,000 members, over 3,000 minutes of voice chats, more than 1,500 messages, and 5+ active circles. We also run a YouTube Live channel and maintain public repositories, with circles like Embedding Review and DeepSeek V2 Review anchoring our week-to-week learning.

The main stage will feature 20–30 minute presentations and fireside chats, the 3rd-floor expo will host demos and poster sessions, and a hackathon will run in the basement for shipping ideas by evening.

​Instruct.KR’s December meetup brings Korea’s AI developers, researchers, and product teams together for a one-day program that mixes crisp talks, hands-on demos, and a community hackathon. Inspired by last winter’s fast-paced format (short talks, generous networking time), we’re doubling down on what worked.

​This December’s theme is “Make Your AI Agent Great Again.” We're moving beyond next-token prediction to focus on what comes next: AI that acts. This meetup will dive deep into the world of Agentic AI, systems that can reason, plan, and use tools to accomplish complex tasks.

​The Research track will explore the foundational models and architectures powering smarter agents, while the Application track will showcase how these concepts become reality through 'Agentic Workflows' and real-world product demos that solve critical business challenges. The main stage will feature 20–30 minute presentations and fireside chats, the 3rd-floor expo will host demos and poster sessions, and a hackathon will run in the basement for shipping ideas by evening.

​Continuous Tracks:

• ​3F Booths (Networking/Service Demos): Teams will be provided with power and table space, and we'll run a "demo bell" for 5-minute live showcases.

• ​Research Posters: We will set up a dedicated space for AI/LLM/RAG/agent-related posters and organize a guided session for discussion.

• ​1F Sessions: Sessions will run sequentially (Research → Application) to keep the main audience together and maintain energy.

• ​B1 Hackathon: An all-day build, culminating in final pitches at the end of the day.
