Africa-Canada Quantum Ecosystem Mixer
Researchers and ecosystem leads from the African and Canadian quantum communities, in one room, while everyone is in Toronto for IEEE Quantum Week.
This is not a panel and nobody is pitching. It is twenty people and one structured exercise.
Each side writes down one real, unresolved problem from their own context. A research bottleneck, a policy obstacle, a funding or commercialization gap. Then swap the briefs, and the other side reads your problem back to you from where they sit. You only notice what you have seen. Someone reading your problem from outside notices what you have stopped noticing.

What you leave with
Your own problem, written down properly, which is rarer than it sounds. An outside reading of it from people working in a completely different context. And the briefs circulated back to everyone within a week, with contact details for anyone who opts in.
