The clocks are about to change. The days are getting shorter. And our bodies are changing with them.
What if, instead of asking ourselves how to keep up, we paused long enough to listen?
Time to Change is a small, low-key seasonal gathering to reflect on what our bodies might need as we move into a different rhythm.
Together, we'll explore questions like:
What changes in my body when the light changes?
What am I still asking myself to do that no longer feels sustainable?
What might nourishment, rest and care look like in this season?
What am I ready to release, and what do I want to carry forward?
There will be gentle embodied reflection, conversation, a simple seasonal practice, and plenty of space to simply come as you are.
And, because nourishment is part of the gathering, we'll share:
Beverages
A nourishing gluten-free/vegan meal
Dessert
A small seasonal take-away to continue the reflection at home
No experience, special clothing or preparation needed. You don't need to arrive feeling rested, grounded or ready to “work on yourself.”
Just come as you are.
