About Event

β€‹πŸ—“οΈ Join us on August 13th!

Many Chiefs of Staff are responsible for translating executive priorities into organizational action. This workshop tackles the common problem that employees hear the strategy (or not) but don't understand what it means for them. If this is something your org is struggling with, or if you just want to know more about this, this session is for you.

After this session, you'll understand the obstacles to employee understanding and behavior change. You'll leave with plans to bring leadership priorities to life throughout the organization!

Bring your organization's strategic priorities. First, we'll talk through what some likely issues are, and then, we'll work on plans to communicate them effectively, integrate them, and measure understanding. (If you don't have any, no problem -- I'll have some sandbox options for you.)

β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŽ™οΈ More about the Speakers

Hi! I'm Pamela Kaye, founder and principal of PK Communications.

I’m here because I never forgot what it felt like to be totally lost in an organization. Because I never forgot what it felt like to be new. In the dark. Only seeing part of the picture. Demoralized, sad, and definitely not achieving what I could have.

Data tells us employees do their best work when they understand where the organization is headed, why decisions are being made, and how their work fits into the bigger picture. When they’re welcomed with everything they need to know. When they feel totally bought in just from reading your job description.

That's where I come in.

I help organizations communicate things in ways employees understand, trust, and act on. An empath and a cheerleader, I partner with organizations looking for better clarity and better trust. Together, we build practical, thoughtful communication programs that help leaders communicate with confidence and help employees feel informed, supported, and valued.
