TEDxStriversRow
Where Strivers Rise
Strivers' Row is two-blocks of brownstones on 138th and 139th between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and Frederick Douglass Boulevard in New York City. The neighborhood dates back to the 1890s and was home to a lot of Harlem's Black professional class.
The name “Strivers Row” came from the fact that people worked hard to live there.
Our 8 speakers on the evening of November 12th, 2026, will speak to the night's theme of "Strivers" with their voices only.
No props. No slides.
Just their dynamic voices
