3686 Community Programming: Slow Flow Yoga Class
We are excited to offer a Slow Flow Yoga class at this year’s 3686.
After a full day of 3686 sessions on Tuesday, ease into Wednesday with a Slow Flow class led by Small World Yoga, designed to ease tension and calm the mind. This 45-minute class focuses on gentle movement and mindful breath to help restore balance and create space in both body and spirit. Start your day feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day!
The Details
This class will be outside (weather permitting). Please bring your own water bottle and sunscreen. There is a water fountain in the Werthan building and drinks available for purchase in the lounge area.
Limited mats and props available. Bring your own mat/props if possible.
A shower is available in the Werthan building if you’d like to use it after class. Please bring your own towel.
Space for this event is limited. If you’re no longer able to attend, please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
In case of rain, the class will move inside the Werthan Building.
