Who's Rupda
Rupda is a connection activist and ambassador for joy and aliveness. With 47 years dedicated to this work as a trauma therapist, leadership development coach, and group facilitator, she's guided thousands of people in reconnecting with their bodies, healing patterns, and reclaiming their full expression.
Her personal growth retreats, facilitator training programmes and 1:1 somatic work have taken her across Europe, Mexico, the US, India and Australia.
