There's a particular kind of stuck that's different from ordinary procrastination. You know exactly what you need to do. You may even know why you need to do it. And yet, you can't get past a certain point, especially in today's world where AI has blurred the lines between information, knowledge and wisdom.
Most of us have been there. What varies is how long we stay.
Through our research, we've found that people who are consistently happy and fulfilled share a specific ability: they can learn things that are essential for their growth, even when those things go against the grain of their nature, their swabhava. This is not a talent you either have or don't. It's a capacity that can be understood and developed.
At the heart of it is what we call The Learning Knot. It's a visceral inner resistance that shows up when we endeavour to learn something we're not wired for, something that maybe outside our so-called comfort zone. How we deal with it tends to become binary - push through or give up. But there is a path that respects the resistance and transcends it. And that begins with a slightly unusual question:
What kind of a learner are you?
Your answer to that question, not necessarily limited to learning styles or intelligence shapes how you engage with challenge, how you respond to failure, and how you ultimately grow into who you can be.
In this free 1-hour webinar, we'll unpack:
What does it mean to learn outside our comfort zone
Our experience with the Learning Knot and why it shows up for all of us
The archetypes of the 'learner' and how your 'learner' identity can put you on the path of sustainable growth
This webinar is an open exploration, so please bring your curiousity!
