​KOOM Stage is

​where hard-won experience meets what’s possible next—where people who have turned dreams into reality share a stage with those preparing for a new challenge.

​Everyone has a story only they can tell. It might be a problem you wrestled with at work, a choice that changed the direction of your life, a lesson earned through trial and error, or a way of doing things you have refined over years. Every field and every career stage is welcome. If you have a story worth sharing, we want to hear it. The path you have taken may be exactly what someone standing at a similar crossroads needs.

​We are looking for speakers to help us shape this stage.

​- Presentation
- Panel Discussion
(Approximately 50 minutes, including Q&A. Speakers can choose to present in either English or Korean.)

​► What Happens After You Submit

​Submitted proposals will be published on the website and opened for participant voting.

​The KOOM Stage team will review and select sessions based on the following criteria:

​✔️ Proposed topic and content
✔️ Relevance to the KOOM Stage program
✔️ Participant interest, based on session voting
✔️ Overall program balance

​Sessions are selected on a rolling basis. Applicants will be contacted individually once their sessions are confirmed.
