Rise | Weekday mornings in the salt cave

​Start your day grounded and in community.

​Bring your morning practice (meditate, journal, stretch or simply be) and share half an hour of silence with us.

​This is the start of something bigger: a community that shows up, together. Because a practice is so much easier to keep when you're not doing it alone.

​Rise is for anyone who wants a slower, more intentional start to the day, whether you already have a morning practice or are just beginning one.

​Please arrive by 9:25. The doors close then so we can begin at 9:30.
