KANNA & CONNECTION
An intimate evening in the park. Bare feet in the grass, warm faces, and the kind of connection that leaves you feeling nourished and inspired.
We're bringing together a group of women for a facilitated connection experience softened by Kanna — a gentle, heart-opening succulent. Not intense. Just you, a little more relaxed, uplifted and open.
The evening: Settle in for 6:30. Kanna is shared on arrival. At 7:00 we move into a facilitated connection activity — please aim to be present for this. The evening closes at 8:30, though you're welcome to linger as long as you like.
Included: A complimentary Kanna sample, a facilitated connection activity, and a shaded place to sit.
Bring: Water bottle, optional snack to enjoy through the evening, and an open heart.
A little tip — eat a light, early dinner before you come. Kanna sits better on an empty stomach.
About Kanna: Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a plant traditionally used by the Khoisan people of South Africa to ease stress, lift mood, and bring people into presence with one another. Expect a gentle softening — less social anxiety, a warmth in the chest, a natural ease.
Hosted by Gabrielle, co-founder of Kanna Garden. Free to attend.
