Ask a founder how it's going and you'll usually hear some version of busy, good, crazy month. You've probably said it this week.
Meanwhile, the real stuff stays underneath. The decision you keep circling. The help you'd ask for if asking didn't feel like admitting something. Who you're becoming while you build all of this.
It's not that nobody wants to talk about it. There's rarely a place where that conversation feels normal. On 12 November, we make one.
What to Expect
We see each other at events, dinners and introductions, sometimes for years. But how well do we really know each other?
On 12 November, we take you beyond the surface and into the conversations we rarely get to have.
You talk in small groups that keep changing, so you get to really meet many different people, and every conversation goes a little deeper than the last.
You leave having actually met people, and having been met by them. That’s what makes it easy to pick up the phone when something really matters, in business or anywhere else.
It’s a facilitated experience, not a ceremony, and business comes up as much as anything else. Nobody has to share more than they want to, and what’s said here stays here.

The Facilitator: Sébastien Roger
Sébastien is a coach and public speaker, and one of the most experienced facilitators we know. He has designed and led experiences around the world, and spoken on stages including TEDx and Mindvalley.
We're creating the evening in collaboration with Karisma member Rana Hawary and her organisation, One Human Family, a global movement built on a simple belief: we are not strangers, and underneath our differences we share far more than separates us.
The Details
Thursday 12 November, at an architecture studio in Barcelona we have all to ourselves.
5pm - 5:30pm Doors open. Arrive early, grab a drink and settle in
5:30pm - ~7pm The facilitated experience (we start right on time, so please be there before 5:30pm)
From ~7pm Intimate afterwork with pica pica, drinks, music and people you know a lot better than when you walked in

Part of Our Monthly Community Event
Beyond the small, intimate gatherings and the introductions, once a month we bring the whole community together. It rotates between three formats:
A workshop with an expert. Never more than a short talk, then small tables where you apply it on the spot
A social evening built for connection below the surface. Some months a connection evening, some months a villa or a party
A Business & Life Review at the end of every quarter. We zoom out across every part of life, look back at the quarter and plan the next one
It always happens on the second Thursday of the month.
