For this special edition of SAUNA RAVE, both worlds come together: inner nourishment meets physical reset.
Expect a night built around presence, rhythm and shared energy, accompanied throughout the evening by Andrea Lacoste, guiding the space with her signature tribe-inspired music.

A Free Flow Ritual moves you through sauna, ice bath and breathwork, guided by a trainer holding the space while you move at your own rhythm.
As the energy builds, the ritual gradually transitions into the Sober Rave: high-energy music, full presence and collective momentum.
No alcohol.
Just clarity, rhythm and connection.
Swimwear-only experience.
Towels provided. Please bring slippers/flip-flops and ideally a second set of swimwear.
We recommend arriving with your swimwear already under your clothes to make the arrival flow easier. Changing facilities will be available after the event.
