Women's Entrepreneur Collective operates in compliance with the 

 and applicable consumer protection laws. Please note the following:

1. Disclosure Requirement (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17538)

This policy is clearly disclosed at the point of sale. By proceeding with any purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms prior to completing your transaction.

2. Automatic Renewal Disclosure (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600–17606)

For subscription-based memberships that auto-renew, you will receive advance notice of any renewal charge. You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges; however, fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Under California law, no "cooling-off" right applies to digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. Once digital content is made available to you, all sales are final.

If Women's Entrepreneur Collective cancels an event or program, registered participants will receive a credit toward a future event or program of equal value, or a full refund at the Collective's discretion.

EXCEPTIONS — WHEN A REFUND MAY BE CONSIDERED

While our general policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement. Women's Entrepreneur Collective reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to pursue collection of amounts owed, including any associated fees and costs.

WEC Community Membership — Terms & Conditions
By joining the WEC Community Membership you agree to the following:
Billing & Cancellation

Your membership is billed monthly at $40 or annually at $460. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time with at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. Annual memberships are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period on monthly plans.
Guaranteed Event Spot

Your monthly spot is reserved for you at each WEC gathering. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your seat to another member of the community.
Instagram Feature

Each member receives one Instagram feature during their membership. Timing is scheduled at WEC's discretion and coordinated directly with the member.
5-Minute Member Spotlight

Each member receives one 5-minute spotlight at a WEC monthly gathering. Timing is scheduled at WEC's discretion and coordinated directly with the member.
General

WEC reserves the right to update membership pricing or perks with reasonable notice. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
