​We’re pleased to invite you to an interactive roundtable for emerging and fast-scaling companies navigating international expansion.

​Scaling Across Borders: Critical Decisions for Emerging Companies will bring together PwC’s global tax and legal specialists alongside in-house leaders to discuss the key decisions that shape successful cross-border growth. From structuring and compliance to evolving regulatory expectations, the session will focus on practical insights and real-world experiences across the EU, UK, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

​This will be a discussion-driven session designed to encourage peer exchange, with brief opening perspectives followed by open dialogue.

​Registration will begin at 2:30 pm, the Roundtable will be from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm, followed by a networking reception on PwC’s San Francisco terrace.

​CPE credit will be provided to attendees if needed. To receive CPE credit, you must complete the attendance form (via QR code shared onsite at session end) by 11:59 PM ET. The form will not be distributed in advance or by email, and submissions are subject to review prior to credit issuance.
