Demystifying Desalination - The Past, Present & Future

Following our excellent invitation-only New York Climate Week discussion, we decided to demystify desalination for a much broader audience. Join BIV Partner Steve Kloos for a breakdown of how desalination works, the overall market, what the near (and far) future will look like, and its role in climate resilience. We'll also hear from two pioneers in the space, BIV portfolio companies Aqua Membranes (they increase capacity by 30% and reduce energy use by 35% at the same time) and Flocean (putting desal plants 500m below the surface of the sea). Speakers: Steve Kloos, Partner, BIV; Craig Beckman, CEO, Aqua Membranes; Alexander Fuglesang, Founder & CEO, Flocean. We'll leave time for an open Q&A. Bring your questions.
