Executive Longevity Lab
If you are a founder, executive, or high agency operator, you are likely living at a pace that did not exist a few years ago. AI has made it possible to do far more, far faster, but often at a hidden cost: fragmented attention, constant stimulation, and less connection to yourself, other people, and the world around you.
Join 3 clinicians for for an Executive Longevity Lab, a practical conversation on what sustainable health looks like in an AI accelerated world.
We will pressure-test common “healthy defaults” and share what actually supports long-term performance:
Hot takes on Bay Area wellness culture
How does constant tool use and project based dopamine affect attention, recovery, and nervous system regulation?
What device specs + consistency are required for real results vs expensive vibes?
Are you using data to learn?
What actually helps you stay strong, pain-free, and well for the long game?
Expect: useful frameworks, practical takeaways and a community to connect.
Speakers
Dr. Deb - Founder of Puzzle Acupuncture
Dr. Deb helps high performing executives build resilience, recover from burnout, and address pain through a whole person clinical approach. Her work is grounded in longevity, with a focus on how sleep, recovery, and nervous system regulation protect cognitive function over time. Her PhD research explored the link between sleep and memory loss, and she has dedicated much of her clinical career to neurology cases and complex stress driven presentations. With 17 years of experience, including Mayo Clinic collaboration program, Dr. Deb brings both depth and precision to what it really takes to stay well while operating at a high level.
Dr. Lindsay Stephens - Founder of Motus Wellfulness Clinic
An Air Force brat and lifelong dancer, Dr. Stephens has been a practicing sports chiropractor in the Bay Area since 2010. She has worked across interdisciplinary settings—from private clinics to hospitals—and has logged extensive hours in orthopedics, neurology, pain management, radiology, and OB/GYN. In 2016, she founded Motus Wellfulness Clinic to bring a more compassionate, integrative approach to care. Her work centers on truly seeing and hearing patients, recognizing that physical injury can also have mental or emotional roots—and that long-term healing comes from addressing both.
Dr. Veronica Jow, MD - Founder of AVID SPORTS MEDICINE
Dr. Jow is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine with 16+ years of experience in the Bay Area. She has cared for everyone from elite athletes as an Associate Team Physician at UC Berkeley to underserved patients at Kaiser Richmond. We don’t believe there’s one “best” doctor or method, it’s about finding the right fit for your body and your life, that missing health puzzle piece that makes everything click.
