​Building a thriving outdoor economy takes a collective effort. The NMORBA "Common-Unity" Summit is designed to connect you with fellow leaders, spark new partnerships, and give you a direct seat at the table to help shape NMORBA’s 2027 Action Plan.

​Whether you come for the full overnight retreat or just join us for Wednesday's interactive sessions, you'll walk away with new relationships, fresh business strategies, and practical solutions for the challenges ahead.

• ​Dates: Tuesday, October 20 – Wednesday, October 21, 2026

• ​Location: Santa Fe Tree House Camp (46 Tree House Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505)

• ​Cost: 100% FREE for current NMORBA members and future members!

​Attendance is flexible based on your schedule:

• ​Day-Use Only (Wed, Oct 21): Join us for breakfast, facilitated networking, lunch, member feedback discussions, and outdoor activities.

• ​Overnight Experience (Tue, Oct 20 – Wed, Oct 21): Kick off the summit Tuesday evening with a free BBQ cookout, campfire networking, night hikes, and stargazing under the Santa Fe sky.

​Lodging Options:

• ​⛺ Free Camping: Bring your own tent, van, truck camper, or RV and camp on-site at no cost!

• ​🏡 Discounted Cabins & Glamping: Treehouses and canvas glamping tents are available at discounted rates directly through Santa Fe Tree House Camp.

• ​8:00 AM: Free Continental Breakfast & Coffee ("Burning Issues" Member Whiteboard)

• ​8:30 AM: Welcome & Summit Overview

• ​9:00 AM: Facilitated Networking Discussions

• ​12:00 PM: Free Catered Lunch

• ​12:30 PM: NMORBA Leadership & 2027 Member Input Discussion

• ​2:30 PM: Group Outdoor Activities (Tomahawk Throwing, Interpretive Nature Hike, ORV Tours)

• ​4:00 PM: Summit Concludes
