Peer Support Circle for Connection in Burnout ✨
Burnout prevention and recovery become easier to navigate when we feel connected, understood, and supported by others who have been through similar experiences.
In this peer support circle, we'll come together to share our experiences with burnout, listen, and support one another in a safe, non-judgmental space. Expect a relaxed, informal gathering over a cup of tea, where we shape the space together, gently held by Virág, our community founder.
🌿 What to expect:
Space to share thoughts, feelings, and challenges around burnout
Connection with others who understand what you're going through
Freedom to simply listen, without pressure to share
Listening with empathy, without judgment or unsolicited advice
Respect for each other's experiences, boundaries, and confidentiality
Peer support rather than therapy or coaching
💡 Good to know:
We meet outside OT301, in front of the gate
Our events start on time - joining late isn’t possible
Be fully present and keep phones away during the event
Be kind and respectful of each other
Can't make it anymore? You may request a coupon for a future event - see the Refund Policy for details
