Micro-Coaching Circles — Open Session
Ever wondered what it feels like to think through a problem — with a small group of people who are genuinely listening, asking good questions, and not rushing to give you advice? Then you're in the right place.
In this session, managers, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world come together online to practice micro-coaching — a simple, lightweight method for thinking more clearly about professional and personal challenges.
What happens in 45/90 minutes:
• Peer coaching (45 min) — You work in pairs through a real situation of your choice using a short, structured micro-coaching format built around the concept of cognitive autonomy. Each person gets a turn.
• Live coaching demo (45 min) — One or more volunteers bring a real challenge to the group. Everyone listens and reflects together while the facilitator asks micro-coaching questions that guide the reflection. You'll often recognise your own situation in someone else's, and leave with useful insights — even if you're not in the hot seat.
Short on time? You're welcome to leave after the first 45 minutes.
This session is for you if you lead people, run something, or make decisions under pressure — and want a sharper, more structured way to think through what matters.
No prior coaching experience needed. Facilitated in English; practical exercises can be done in English, French, or any language — not sure how it works? Join and try.
