​Shawanna Scott is an accomplished real estate professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience helping individuals build wealth and achieve their real estate goals. Passionate about serving others both locally and globally, Shawanna combines her expertise in real estate with her commitment to faith, family, and business.

​Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles, including serving as a team leader for over 100 agents, and has successfully launched a market center and numerous training programs. Her unique approach blends proven systems, energy, and business practices to inspire and equip others for success.

​As a dynamic real estate coach and leader, Shawanna empowers individuals and teams to scale their businesses while staying aligned with their values. She has taught and mentored agents and business professionals worldwide, including in Malawi, Africa, where she shared valuable business principles.

​In addition to her real estate career, Shawanna is deeply invested in community service, from leading local initiatives to supporting mission-driven causes around the world. ​About Jesse:

​Jesse Coleman is a 19-year veteran of the real estate industry with deep experience in both residential and commercial. He currently serves as the Vice President of Career Development at KW ONEChicago, where he coaches and trains agents to tap into their full potential. Jesse is also the host of the Breakthrough Blueprint Podcast, where he shares stories of growth, mindset, and breakthrough moments.

​An International Keynote Speaker and Trainer, Jesse recently delivered a keynote at a real estate conference in Mongolia and has taught classes both abroad and across the U.S. He’s a KWU-approved trainer, a Certified Quantum Leap Instructor, and a proud member of the KW NextGen (KWKC) Board of Directors, the nonprofit branch of Keller Williams that equips young adults with life and leadership skills. He has taught twice at the QL Summit in Austin, Texas with Gary Keller, and was honored to teach for Brigham Young University’s Athletic Department, where one of his students earned a silver medal in the 2024 Olympics.

​Jesse also serves on the National Board of Advisors for Keller Williams Young Professionals (KWYP), where he was named 2022 KWYP Member of the Year, and his chapter was awarded Chapter of the Year. He continues to serve on multiple real estate boards and committees both locally and statewide in Illinois.

​Above all the accolades, Jesse’s proudest title is being a Dope Disney Dad to two beautiful daughters.
