​EMBRACING SEASONAL TRANSITION WITH EMBODIED INTENTIONS AND JOY

​EQUINOX FLOW is a somatic dance workshop designed to guide us through the transition into the new autumn season with movement, music, reflection and embodied presence.

​Inspired by the equinox as a moment of balance, change and renewal, EQUINOX FLOW will create space to slow down, reconnect with the body and notice what we’re ready to carry forward — and what we might be ready to let go.

​A SPACE TO CONNECT THE WISDOM OF OUR BODY WITH THE POWER OF OUR MIND

​EQUINOX FLOW will open a space to connect with where you are, where you’re moving towards, and how you want to enter a new phase of the seasonal cycle.

​It’ll combine movement meditations, intention journaling, free and expressive movement, and dance-inspired somatic practices to explore presence, intentionality and self-alignment through the body.

​A warm, playful and grounding journey to welcome autumn with more presence, self-connection and joy.

​12.45 - 11.00 – welcome & settle in
11.00 - 11.15 – intro + movement meditation & body scan
11.15 - 11.35 – intention setting - journaling time
11.35 - 12.15 – somatic dance for harvesting & let go
12.15 - 12.25 - break
12.25 - 12.45 – somatic dance for seasonal transition & inner space-making
12.45 - 13.00 – returning to space, integration & feedback
13.00 - 13.30 – connecting, snacking, enjoying
