He is a Corporate & Venture Capital attorney, specializing in VC, M&A, Business, Corporate, and Startup Law. Hayk is a startup ecosystem enthusiast acting as an Advisor to Funds and Tech Companies. Hayk is an angel investor at STAN.

​Hayk earned graduate law degrees from UCLA School of Law, the University of Oxford (UK), and the American University of Armenia.
