Join us for a 45-minute discussion with New Jersey school and district leaders about the future of work-based learning, internships, career readiness, and workforce development programs.

We'll begin with a brief overview of Starteryou and how districts are using technology to manage student placements, employer partnerships, hour tracking, and reporting. The remainder of the session will be an open conversation focused on the challenges and opportunities facing New Jersey schools.

Starteryou partners with schools and districts to help launch, manage, and scale work-based learning programs. As we continue expanding across New Jersey and the Northeast, we're looking to learn directly from the educators and administrators leading this work every day.

Discussion Topics

• How are students currently finding internships, apprenticeships, and work-based learning opportunities in your district?

• What challenges do you face when tracking placements, student hours, employer evaluations, and program outcomes?

• How are changing graduation requirements and career readiness initiatives impacting your planning?
