​Got a business idea but not sure where to start? Join Startup Junkie and the Searcy County Chamber of Commerce for Small Business Roadmap — a free, hands-on workshop in Marshall designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners alike.

​In about an hour, we'll walk through two of the most useful tools for getting a new venture off the ground:

• ​The Lean Canvas — a one-page way to capture your entire business model, so you can see the whole picture at a glance instead of writing a 30-page plan.

• ​Idea validation — simple, low-cost ways to test demand and talk to real customers before you invest serious time or money.

​You'll leave with a working draft of your own Lean Canvas and a clear set of next steps to pressure-test your idea in the real world.

​Who should come:

• ​Anyone with a business idea they want to take seriously

• ​Current small business owners looking to refine or expand

• ​Side-hustlers, makers, and first-time founders in Searcy County and the surrounding area
