With several years in corporate Strategy, M&A and Venture Building, he understands the internal dynamics of capital allocation, governance and executive decision-making and how to secure the commitment required to scale new ventures beyond experimentation. His focus is not on strategy decks, but on creating businesses that deliver measurable growth.
Henning has designed and led venture studio structures for multiple corporates, successfully spinning off and scaling ventures across markets. With an engineering background and hands-on fintech experience, he combines technical depth with commercial execution. With a PhD focused on foresight in networks, he has spent his career helping organizations translate long-term signals into strategic direction and ultimately into new business. As a founder and exited entrepreneur, he has built and scaled advisory teams, established venture-building structures, and anchored foresight capabilities in multinational corporations.
