​⚠️ EVENT WAIVER REQUIRED All athletes, table tennis participants, spectators/supporters, and volunteers must complete the Play With Purpose event waiver before participating in event activities.

​Please return to the main Play With Purpose page and click the Athlete, Spectator & Volunteer Waiver link to complete and sign the required form. For participants under 18, a parent/legal guardian must complete the Youth Athlete Waiver. No completed waiver = no participation in organized play.
