Redefining Success on Your Own Terms: A Workshop Experience with Nisha | The Growth Architect
Sunday, September 13th | Hosted by SAWN Toronto
We followed a path that was expected of us. Often without even being explicitly told. It was just understood where we had to go and how to get there.
And we got there.
But now that we've achieved what we set out to, we don't quite know where to go next. Because somewhere along the way, we never stopped to ask what we actually wanted. Not what was expected. Not what made sense on paper. What we, individually, truly wanted.
Where do we go from here when we're only just beginning to know ourselves?
That's what this workshop is about.
Redefining Success on Your Own Terms is a two-hour intimate workshop experience designed for women who are ready to stop measuring themselves against a definition of success that was never theirs to begin with. Together, we'll examine where that definition came from, what we've quietly outgrown, and what it would actually look like to build a life that fits who we are right now.
This isn't a lecture or a vision board session. It's a structured, facilitated experience that moves you from reflection into clarity, and from clarity into a commitment you're ready to act on.
What to expect:
Guided reflection with writing prompts that ask the questions you haven't made space for yet
Honest, paired conversation with other women navigating the same thing
A personal definition of success you leave the room with, in your own words
One concrete next step you're ready to take
Your KIT (Keep It Together) is included with your ticket, everything you need for the session.
About Nisha
Nisha is a certified Life Coach and the founder of The Growth Architect, a Toronto-based coaching and facilitation practice for women who have done everything right and are now ready to figure out what they actually want.
With a background in corporate IT project management and a certification through the Jay Shetty Certification School, Nisha brings structure to the kind of work that usually stays stuck in our heads. Her workshops are practical, honest, and built around one belief: knowing something isn't the same as changing it. Real movement happens through decision, not just reflection.
She's also the creator of the Interesting Women Dining Series, a community experience that brings women together for real conversation at the table.
