​The morning begins with a STRONG Mat Class led by Instructors Jordyn Davloor and Camille Marulanda , bringing our signature energy to the mat before transitioning into an immersive wellness experience featuring Face Pilates and RCVRI.

​Throughout the morning, DJ Rae will be bringing the beats, setting the soundtrack for the experience as you enjoy beverages from Lake & Oak, Team Spirits, and Vellamo, connect with the STRONG community, and discover curated holiday moments designed to leave you feeling your best, with lululemon joining us as part of the experience.

​And because no holiday experience is complete without a little something to take home, every guest will leave with a curated holiday gift bag featuring goodies from STRONG, Lake & Oak, RCVRI, and Paume.
