Ready to bake your first sourdough loaf? This hands-on workshop is designed for complete beginners — no experience needed, just a love of good bread.
Over four hours, you'll learn how sourdough actually works, how to care for a starter, and how to mix, shape, score and bake a beautiful loaf at home. We cover everything from bulk fermentation cues to baking methods, so you leave feeling confident — not overwhelmed.
What's included: Active sourdough starter, banneton, lame, bowl scraper, printed recipe & step-by-step guide, dough to take home and bake, tasting of freshly baked sourdough, and light refreshments.
$125 · Max 16 participants Payment is due upon registration. A minimum enrolment is required for the class to proceed.
Cancellation policy: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee if cancelled 5+ days before the class. Cancellations within 5 days receive a $50 refund.
