​“Je me demande si ces réponses ne sont pas un peu de réponses banales”, commente une collègue du HUB mes propositions de réponse à des objections de donner. C’est une franchise qui m’a surpris d’une personne que je ne connais pas encore beaucoup.

​Mais c’est exactement ce que j’attends du HUB : un regard critique sur mes habitudes de personnes en dehors de mon cercle habituel.

​Ce qui m’a le plus marqué : La confiance qui se crée, petit à petit, parmi un groupe de personnes qui ne se connaissent pas, mais qui veulent avancer ensemble.

​“I wonder if these responses might be a bit generic,” a colleague from the HUB commented on my proposed answers to fundraising objections. It was a frank remark that surprised me, coming from someone I don’t yet know very well.

​But it’s exactly what I expect from the HUB: a critical perspective on my habits from people outside my usual circle.

​What struck me the most: the trust that gradually builds among a group of people who don’t know each other, but who want to move forward together.
