Your mission, should you choose to accept it, begins at 19:00 hours on the terrace of Ponzi Vineyards. This is not merely a dinner; it is a meticulously choreographed, multi-sensory operation where high-octane heritage meets culinary mastery.
Upon arrival, the air will be thick with the sophisticated, live jazz of the Brent Follis Trio, acting as your acoustic cover. Your contact points on the lawn are impossible to miss: a breathtaking exhibition of iconic British engineering, featuring the legendary Aston Martin DB5 from the Haugland Collection and the sleek Vanquish. Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to extract intelligence directly from our key makers on-site, including the restoration specialists at Vintage Underground, the stewards of the DB5, and Jean-Baptiste Rivail of Ponzi Vineyards.
To initiate the evening's first phase, you will be handed a chilled flute of Bollinger the official Champagne of His Majesty's most famous secret agent—paired seamlessly with a decadent tasting of Regiis Ova Caviar, curated by legendary Chef Thomas Keller.
Once the security of the reception is established, the atmospheric tension will shift. As the jazz trio transitions into a dramatic rendition of the iconic James Bond Theme, the curtains will part to reveal the dining room. Here, under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Eric Ekberg, you will indulge in a masterfully prepared, multi-course dinner paired with the finest wines of Ponzi Vineyards.
