About Event

Research shows that grief-related stress costs employers billions annually in lost productivity, absenteeism, and burnout, yet grief remains one of the least discussed challenges in professional spaces. In times of personal loss, many women in leadership continue performing at a high level while quietly carrying emotional exhaustion, decision fatigue, and overwhelm.

In this webinar, award-winning entrepreneur, Ayurvedic doctor (A.D.), and global speaker Sweta Vikram explores how grief impacts leadership, nervous system regulation, communication, and resilience—and how to navigate these challenges without abandoning yourself in the process.

Attendees will walk away with practical tools to lead with greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and self-awareness during difficult seasons, along with a deeper understanding of how unprocessed grief can shape workplace performance, relationships, and well-being.

About the Speaker

Sweta Vikram, A.D. is an award-winning entrepreneur, author of 15 books, Ayurvedic Practitioner, certified grief coach, adjunct professor, and international speaker whose work sits at the intersection of emotional well-being, leadership, and nervous system health. She is the founder of NimmiLife and the host of The Grounded Leader podcast, where she explores resilience, burnout, grief, and sustainable success in modern life.

Drawing from both ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and contemporary understandings of stress and trauma, Sweta helps high-achieving professionals and organizations navigate overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, grief, and life transitions with greater clarity and balance. Her expertise and work have been featured in NBC, The New York Times, NPR, iHeartRadio, MindBodyGreen, and other leading media platforms. She has also spoken for organizations and institutions including Pfizer, Deloitte, Fidelity Investments, JustWorks, Hofstra University, and Metropolitan College of New York, among other notable companies and academic institutions.

Her upcoming 15th book, Rhythms of Resilience, explores how grief, stress, and nervous system dysregulation shape the way we lead, live, and heal. Through her speaking, teaching, and clinical work, Sweta advocates for a more compassionate, rhythmic, and integrative approach to health—one that honors both ancient wisdom and the realities of modern life.
