​Traditional sauna ritual with birch & oak whisks, steam, sound & deep rest

​Wrap up your day at Futura House with something slower.

​Step out of work mode and into an evening of warmth, steam, sound, and deep rest.

​Across three guided sauna rounds, aromatic infusions are combined with traditional birch and oak veniks. Some parts are contact-free, while others gently bring the veniks directly onto the body in the traditional banya style.

​Between the guided rounds, the space opens into a free-flow sauna experience with cold plunges, ambient music, quiet moments, and space for connection.

​There’s nothing to perform and no interaction expected. Connection is welcome, but never required.

​Meet Rita

​Rita is the founder of Feel Deeper and a body-based therapist and facilitator with years of experience in yoga, sound healing and traditional Slavic banya rituals.

​Note: This event follows our Open Coworking Day. If you’re already spending the day at Futura House, it’s the perfect transition from work mode into warmth and rest.

​19:00–19:30 | Arrival & changing
19:30 | Opening circle & first guided banya round
20:15–22:00 | Sauna, guided rounds, cold plunges & free-flow time
22:00–22:30 | Closing

​Important Information

​Please arrive by 19:15 and bring two towels, a bathrobe or kimono, and flip-flops. Towels can also be rented at the venue for €3.

​The sauna is textile-free. If you prefer more coverage, you’re welcome to wrap yourself in an additional towel.

​Open to both men and women. Respectful and mindful behavior is essential.

​This is an alcohol- and substance-free event.

​Health & Safety

​Please make sure you don’t have allergies to the herbs or plants used. The experience is not recommended if you currently have a viral infection, fever, or a serious cardiovascular condition. If you’re unsure whether sauna or cold plunges are suitable for you, please consult your doctor before attending.

​Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
