Chronic Illness Coffee Club - London
Good coffee, company, and people who get it.
I've navigated autoimmune conditions for 10+ years across the UK and US. Living with a chronic illness can sometimes feel like a full-time job that nobody trained you for. It can also be very isolating.
Between navigating healthcare systems, researching treatments, managing unpredictable symptoms, and explaining your condition to people who don't quite understand, there's a lot we end up figuring out on our own.
So I'm bringing together a small group of people in London who are navigating similar experiences.
No presentations or formal agenda. Just a relaxed coffee meetup to make new connections, swap stories, and share things we've learned along the way.
What to expect:
Meet others living with chronic or autoimmune conditions
Exchange useful tips, resources, and things you wish you'd known sooner
Talk about the realities of navigating healthcare, or just chat about life
Leave with a few new friends who understand
Who is it for?
Anyone living with a chronic illness is welcome, especially those with autoimmune or inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn's, or other long-term conditions.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, seeking a diagnosis, or have been navigating your condition for years, you're welcome.
