MEET ME AT THE ROASTERY by Boiler x Guido

​Meet me at the roastery is an immersive workshop designed for coffee lovers, curious beginners, and anyone interested in the craft behind specialty coffee.

​Hosted at Guido Coffee in collaboration with Boiler, the experience offers participants a behind-the-scenes look into the complete journey of coffee — from sourcing and roasting to tasting and brewing.

​Guided by the Boiler team inside a real coffee roasting lab, attendees will discover how roasting profiles, temperatures, and technical parameters influence the final flavor of a coffee. The workshop will explore the differences between light and dark roasts, the role of origin and processing methods, and the many variables that shape the coffee we drink every day.

​Participants will also have the opportunity to roast their own coffee sample and take it home, gaining hands-on insight into one of the most important stages of coffee production.

​The experience concludes with a guided coffee cupping session, where guests will taste coffees from different origins and learn how professionals evaluate flavor profiles through acidity, sweetness, bitterness, aroma, and body.
