For the third cohort of the Climate Action Accelerator, we’re turning our attention to one of the most urgent and under-addressed challenges of our time: climate adaptation and resilience.
As the effects of climate change intensify — from record-breaking heatwaves and floods to rising sea levels and disrupted food systems — it’s clear that mitigation alone is not enough. We must prepare our societies, economies, and ecosystems to withstand and adapt to these changes.
This edition of the Climate Action Accelerator is designed for seed-stage startups developing innovative, inclusive, and scalable solutions that help communities, businesses, and cities adapt to climate impacts. Whether through nature-based systems, data-driven risk management, resilient infrastructure, or social innovation — the goal is the same: to build the capacity to thrive in an uncertain climate future.
Adaptation is not just about survival — it’s about transformation. The programme supports founders who are redefining what resilience looks like in practice, ensuring that the transition to a climate-ready world is equitable, regenerative, and inclusive.
