βπ« About the Event
βThe Self Care Circle is a welcoming, small-group gathering designed to help you build a more sustainable and compassionate approach to self care. Each session explores a different topicβfrom joyful movement and somatic practices to habit and routine building, mindfulness, and other practical tools that support your physical and mental well-being.
βRather than focusing on perfection or quick fixes, these workshops emphasize curiosity, connection, and real-life strategies that can be adapted to your unique needs.
βEach Self Care Circle includes a blend of education, experience, and opportunities for discussion, reflection, and shared learning. Depending on the session's theme, participants may explore gentle movement, somatic exercises, guided reflection, practical planning strategies, or other evidence-informed self care practices.
βOur September session, Imperfect Meal Planning, is like a stragegic planning session. Except instead of a board room surrounded by serious faces in suits, you're in Hearth's cozy kitchen and sitting room, surrounded by kind faces in whatever the heck they feel most comfortable, and the strategy you're building is a grocery and meal plan that honours you as a whole person.
βThroughout this session each partcipant will create their own, personalized grocery and meal plan, and leave with a framework that they can use again and again. Unlike other meal plans, this one will leave you feeling nourished and satisfied, without getting boring or repetitive, while respecting your budget, needs and preferences, and your time and energy.
