The AI Accord x Consider the Image
The AI Accord: Considering the Commercial Image in Today’s GenAI World
Challenges, Solutions and a Unified Way Forward
November 12, 2026 | 6:00 to 8:30 PM
Feather Creative, 11 Broadway, Suite 1054, Manhattan + live virtual
Free event
The AI Accord was launched by Feather Creative’s thought leadership platform, Consider the Image, in response to a contentious landscape generative AI is creating in the commercial image-making industry. This accord intends to engage the greater industry in drafting mutual principles that govern our professional workflows and livelihoods with regards to the consent of GenAI usage, compensation to creators, and licensing standards.
Inspired by the organizing power of creator organizations in the United Kingdom, we released an ongoing industry survey to map opinions and effects of GenAI use on creative professionals. Early results show an eroding level of trust throughout the industry and the needs for clearer standards, better tools and more transparency.
This event begins with a moderated panel discussion and Q&A centered around insights collected from initial survey results. A hands-on workshop will follow for in-person attendees to draft the pillars of the AI Accord and identify meaningful steps to spread momentum. The recurring data points and respondent narratives will guide the groups in finding broken systems that need rectifying, while highlighting others that meet shared goals. There will be time for networking following the workshop for in-person attendees.
