Then twelve weeks pass and nobody ever goes back to check what actually happened.
The Reset is half a day where you do it properly, in a room with other Founders who won't let you write something vague.
We do three things.
Look back honestly. What you said you'd do this quarter, and what actually happened. Numbers on the table. This is the part everyone skips, and it's the part that matters.
Pick one number. Not five priorities. One number that decides whether Q4 was a good quarter.
Choose three moves. Three things that hit that number, and the one you'll start on Monday.
You leave with a one-page plan you'd be willing to show your co-founder.
Ten seats. Small on purpose.
This only works if everyone in the room says the real thing, and that stops happening past about a dozen people. You'll know everyone by the end.
Who it's for
Founders with revenue. Customers, a team, something real to plan around.
Who it isn't for
Pre-revenue, or anyone here to network. No pitching in the room.
Bring your actual numbers. Revenue, pipeline, headcount, cash in the bank. If you don't know them off the top of your head, that's your first finding.
