Lawyer, boasts extensive experience and a recognized track record in advising fintech companies, crypto enterprises, investment funds, and technology and renewable energy companies in matters related to M&A, the structuring of new ventures, financing rounds, corporate governance, as well as tax planning for private clients. Among several successful financing rounds, he strategically and legally led the biggest "Series A" round for an Argentine company to date.
He has completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), the University of Washington, and the Universidad Austral as a scholarship recipient. Since 2020, he has been invited annually to teach as a panelist at the University of Washington School of Law.
